During the 1960s and 70s, three European countries produced more than 600 westerns, a genre of genuine U.S.origin. This project focuses on one of these countries, Germany, where today several theme parks are dedicated to this phenomenon exist, spaces that Belinchón portrays through false vintage photographs. A set of views from Tenerife complete this series, an important German tourist destination, whose landscapes once again evoke memories of the American West, complicating thus even more the game of simulacrum.
